The City Council Work Session for March 4, 2025, has been changed to March 6, at 5:30 p.m.

The City Council Regular Session will follow at 6:30 p.m.

Dear Bidder:

The City of Semmes, Alabama is requesting proposals for professional janitorial services at the following locations: 10141 Moffett Rd, 9635 Moffett Rd, 9010 Forest St, 2750 Schillinger Rd N, 6180 Lott Rd and 3940 Illinois Street. The services provided shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and Statement of Work set forth herein. Bids shall be returned to City Hall, One Main Street, Semmes Alabama 36575, by 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 27th. All bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid – City of Semmes Janitorial Services”.

The successful bidder must obtain a City of Semmes business license prior to commencement of the project.

The bidder’s name, address, telephone number, email, and the name of a contact person shall be included on the bid sheet. Bid prices shall be good for a period of thirty (30) days.

The City of Semmes reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
