Meetings are always open to the public.

The Municipal Court for the City of Semmes, Alabama is open daily from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Court is in session on the third Thursday of the month and begins at 1:00 pm.

The Court is staffed by a State of Alabama Certified Municipal Court Clerk, who is also a State Certified Magistrate. The Court has jurisdiction, by ordinance, over certain Municipal Ordinance Violations that occur within the City Limits and Police Jurisdiction of the City of Semmes, Alabama.
