The City of Semmes offers clerical services at City Hall Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the citizens of Semmes. These services and fees are as outlined below:

  - Color Copy Fee per page: $1.00
  - Black and White Copy Fee per page: $.25
  - Faxing Fee up to 10 pages: $2.00
  - Faxing Fee over 10 pages: $.25 per additional page
  - Scanning Documents to Email (Up to 10 Pages) $1.00
  - Scanning Documents to Email (Up to 25 Pages) $2.00
  - Printing Large Maps Fee (24X36 or Larger) $15.00
